The Second National Conference and Exhibition called “Bread Industry” was held in Cherkasy at the hotel and restaurant complex, Perlyna Resort, on May 16-17 in 2024. It was dedicated to the production of bakery products, pasta products, flour, and cereals, as well as marketing and sales of products.
The organizer of this large-scale event was the AGRO Marketing Agency team in partnership with the All-Ukrainian Association of Bakers (AAB) and the “Flour Mills of Ukraine” Union.

To create an interesting and effective event in terms of marketing, our team performed the following works:
Development of the concept of the conference – from the analysis of the grain processing and baking business of Ukraine to the involvement of experts for the formation of the forum program.
Attracting participants, sending invitations, helping to organize accommodation, sending out speaker materials after the conference.
Setting up targeting and contextual advertising in Google, conducting SMM.
Attracting sponsors and information partners, preparing sponsorship packages, and conducting negotiations with potential partners.
Creation of an event page on the Internet (landing), in social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn), channels in messengers (Telegram).
Writing advertising and information texts (news, publications) and ensuring their distribution, including in specialized mass media and social networks, for the purpose of promoting the customer and the event as a whole.
Systematization and control of participants, including processing applications for participation, registration of delegates, preparation of badges, etc.
Provision of a location for the event: selection of conference venues, arrangement of halls, and full technical support.
Catering: preparation of the necessary amount of food and drinks for coffee breaks, lunch, evening buffet on the first day of the forum, organization of visits to excursions
Organization of an entertainment program for the buffet.
Support for organizational issues, including registration of participants and provision of handouts (conference program, notebooks, pens, advertising materials from sponsors, etc.).
The second national conference, “Bread Industry”, became an important platform for the exchange of experience and business development in the field of grain production and processing.
